Who holds your information

This website is operated by BLAZE SERVICES LIMITED, trading as Blaze Services Auckland. This page describes the information we collect through the public website and booking process. It is written to match how the site actually works. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you book, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The service address you supply, and coordinates used to check travel distance
• Optional notes you type into the booking form
• Vehicle registration, and vehicle details returned by our vehicle lookup
• The service you choose, appointment time, and price shown at checkout

If you use the website chat, we collect the messages you send. If the chat is handed to a person, those messages are forwarded to our team.

How we use it

We use this information to quote, book, and carry out the service, take payment, send a confirmation email and receipt, check whether we can attend your address, and handle questions or follow-up. Staff use an owner portal to manage bookings and customer records related to that work.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the website and bookings:

• Stripe — online payment. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
• Addressfinder — New Zealand address search and coordinates
• CarJam — vehicle lookup from the registration you enter
• Our email provider — booking confirmation and receipt
• Telegram — if you use live chat with our team
• Supabase — database and server functions that store bookings and related records
• Netlify — website hosting
• Google Analytics and Google Ads — only if those measurement IDs are configured on this site. Booking funnel steps may also be stored in our own database. We do not send Stripe session IDs in Google page paths.

We do not sell your personal information.

Browser storage

The site may use browser storage to keep a chat session, a booking-funnel session, and a flag so a completed purchase is not tracked twice in analytics. You can clear this in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and customer records as needed to provide the service, handle follow-up, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We have not published a single fixed deletion period on this website.
